Website care

Website maintenance services

Website maintenance services at AI Growth Systems start with a care record: backups, updates, form tests and who can restore the site. Your WordPress plugin list and hosting access set the scope. The proposed monthly budget is $99 to $499; new development is quoted separately.

Scope and terms require a written quote.
01

What is included in website maintenance services?

An agreed care plan covers backups, software updates and checks of the contact paths on your website. AI Growth Systems records what is covered, who owns each account and what happens when an update fails. WordPress plugin licenses, development requests and urgent recovery need separate terms in the service agreement.

02

How are updates and recovery checked?

Care work begins with a recovery test, before any WordPress or plugin update reaches the live site. AI Growth Systems records the backup location, changes and contact-form result in a 4-part care log. Failed tests hold the release; the agreed plan defines who can approve a rollback.

Outputs and acceptance checks
OutputProposed acceptance check
Backup recoveryRestore a copy in a test environment; record the restore date
Software updatesTest WordPress, theme and plugin changes before release
Contact pathsSubmit a controlled form and check its destination
Care logRecord completed tasks, exclusions and next review
03

What records define the care plan?

A quote needs 4 records: your hosting provider, content management system and plugins, backup location, and contact-form destinations. The content management system, or CMS, is the software used to edit pages. For AI Growth Systems, a working backup means a tested recovery path, not simply a file marked saved.

What can fail during an update?

An update can break a form, page layout or payment connection. Keep a dated backup and test the changed path before production release. A backup stored on the same failed account may be unavailable during recovery; the care proposal identifies its storage location and who can restore it.

Care does not include a new website or unlimited development.

05

How much does it cost and what is separate?

$99 to $499 per month is the planning range in the October 2026 service proposal. AI Growth Systems confirms scope, outside charges and terms in a written quote before work starts. This is not a fixed rate or market benchmark; the entry growth audit costs $300.

06

How do I start a monthly care plan?

Choose the pages and contact paths that must keep working, then agree who owns recovery. AI Growth Systems uses the $300 growth audit to review the starting condition before proposing a monthly plan. Send the current host and the last backup date with your request; account passwords belong in an approved access channel.

What else should you know?

What is the cost of website maintenance services?

$99 to $499 per month is the planning range. The written quote confirms scope, dependencies and outside charges.

Can website care plans use my existing hosting account?

Yes. The 4-part review records the provider, backups, updates and contact paths before a plan is accepted.

Does the $300 audit include website maintenance plans?

No. The entry review and subsequent implementation have separate written scopes.

What does monthly website maintenance record after an update?

4 review areas cover recovery, updates, contact delivery and the care log. Release notes identify the change and its test result.

Does a care plan mean the site can never go offline?

No. Recovery tests and release records address the agreed risks; provider outages and outside services remain dependencies.
