Growth audit for your website and inquiry process
Website design covers the pages, content, mobile layouts and contact forms agreed for your business. AI Growth Systems scopes the build around the services you sell and the people who maintain the site. A redesign also needs a plan for useful existing pages and changed URLs.
A useful website answers the questions that come before an inquiry. Visitors should be able to identify the right service, check whether you can help and reach the correct person. We agree on those actions before choosing layouts.
| Area | Work to agree | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Pages and navigation | Services, audiences, useful existing content and the route between pages. | An agreed sitemap and page outline with a purpose for each page. |
| Content | Service descriptions, examples, business facts, images and language versions. | Reviewed copy and asset requirements with a named approver. |
| Design and build | Responsive layouts, reusable page elements and the editing system. | The approved pages built for the agreed devices and publishing platform. |
| Forms and contact | Labels, errors, destination, confirmation and any required routing. | A defined inquiry path and acceptance checks; any delivery test requires an agreed test plan. |
| Launch and handover | Domains, hosting access, redirects where needed and ongoing responsibilities. | Launch checklist, access handover and editing guidance for the agreed site. |
The City of Miami has its own municipal boundary. Miami Beach, Coral Gables and Doral are separate cities, even when a business describes its wider market as Miami. Your site should distinguish an office address from the places where you serve customers.
Language choices affect the whole website. The Census home-language estimate below covers several languages; it does not say which language your customers prefer. Confirm that choice from inquiries, then agree who reviews the Spanish copy and answers Spanish-language messages.
A translated homepage is only part of a bilingual website. When English and Spanish are included, visitors should be able to find the equivalent service page, understand the form and read its errors and confirmation in their chosen language. Your team also needs to confirm how it will respond.
The Census finding below is a reason to ask about customer languages, not to assume everyone wants Spanish. We use your actual inquiry patterns to choose the pages and contact steps to translate. On phones, we check menus, readable text, buttons, forms and wide content at small screen sizes.
For an owner-operated or small business, a focused page set and a contact route the team can maintain may be the right starting point. We agree which updates you want to make yourself and what content is ready. A larger page count is useful only when each page has a clear job.
For a corporate website, the plan may need separate divisions, content approvers and inquiry destinations. We identify shared templates, publishing responsibilities and proposed integrations before the build. This Miami service can cover either model; the national pages explain their different requirements.
AI Growth Systems serves Miami from its Deerfield Beach office. We confirm review meetings, access and any requested Miami visit individually. The project schedule follows the agreed scope, available content and approvals.
Review the audience, current site, services and desired actions. Use any existing audit to identify what still needs checking.
Agree the page plan, main layouts, facts, images and language scope. Identify who signs off before implementation.
Implement the approved design and content. Review mobile use, navigation, keyboard access, labels and contact states against the agreed criteria.
Confirm publishing responsibility, redirects for changed URLs and the authorized launch checks. Explain editing access and who handles later updates.
A website build can include the technical and content work named in its proposal. Ongoing organic search work, business-profile optimization and reviews of generated AI answers need their own deliverables. If one of those is the main issue, start with the relevant service and confirm whether a rebuild is needed.
The initial audit costs $300 USD. We confirm the scope and delivery date before payment.
| Work | Price | Scope to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Initial growth audit | $300 USD | One-time review of the existing site and inquiry path within the agreed scope, with priorities. |
| Website design or redesign | Custom quote | Pages, content, language versions, platform, connections, approvals and launch checks. |
| Optional ongoing support | Custom quote | Updates, maintenance, review frequency and responsibilities agreed separately. |
The acceptance review records what was built and tested: page content, navigation, agreed screen sizes, keyboard access and contact behavior. Form delivery is confirmed with the receiving system only when a test has been authorized. A successful button click alone does not prove a message arrived.
After launch, available analytics and inquiry records can show where visitors enter, which actions they take and whether the team receives relevant requests. Agree the baseline and review period. Changes in visits or inquiries may also reflect advertising, seasonality or a different offer; design alone does not guarantee more leads.
Ask who writes the content, who owns the accounts and what happens when something needs updating. The proposal should identify hosting, domain, software and other third-party costs separately. Agree the use of templates or custom design, included revisions and handover responsibilities before approving the project.
You can begin with your current URL, priority services, useful images and a list of problems customers encounter. For a new site, a short description of the business is enough to start discussing the scope. Do not send passwords or private customer records through the enquiry form.

These published findings inform the design decisions below. Each recommendation is an AGS interpretation. The figures do not measure demand for this service or results for an AGS customer.
| Local evidence | Verified value or finding | Source | Source date | Why it matters for this service |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Home-language context. City of Miami, Florida | 77.2% of residents age 5+ spoke a language other than English at home. | U.S. Census Bureau; reviewed 2026-10-04. Five-year estimate of home language. It does not measure Spanish alone, buying language, keyword volume or demand for this service. | Publication: undated · Data period: 2020-2024 | AGS interpretation: Design the complete language journey, including navigation, field labels, errors and the response path, after confirming actual customer needs. |
| Office deliveries. Miami DDA Greater Downtown office-market study area, including Wynwood; study area within Miami; not citywide or countywide data | 12 of 13 new office buildings in the study were delivered in Wynwood | Miami Downtown Development Authority; reviewed 2026-10-03. Does not establish citywide office share, keyword volume or guaranteed leads. | Publication: undated · Data period: Q2 2025; office deliveries since 2019 | AGS interpretation: For a site serving companies in Wynwood, consider proposal requests, service detail and the information a business buyer needs to approve a supplier. |
| Municipal boundaries. City of Miami, Florida | Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables and Doral are listed as separate municipalities. | Miami-Dade County; reviewed 2026-10-04. Undated municipal list. A Miami postal label does not establish a location within the City of Miami; verify the business's address separately. | Publication: undated · Data period: undated | AGS interpretation: Separate a business address from its service area on contact pages, location selectors and forms so a visitor knows where the work is available. |
Yes. We can review the pages, platform and access available, then quote a focused improvement or a redesign. Useful content and working URLs should be considered before anything is replaced. We agree on redirects and launch checks when URLs change.
The proposal identifies who supplies business facts, drafts copy, selects images and approves each language. Content writing can be included in the agreed scope. You approve statements about your services, qualifications and operating details before publication.
We agree which changes your team needs to make and choose editing access accordingly. Handover should explain those tasks, account ownership and any software or licensing limits. Ongoing support is a separate scope if you need it.
The schedule depends on page count, content readiness, language versions, integrations and approvals. We agree on milestones after reviewing those requirements. There is no standard delivery promise for every project.
The proposal can include search-friendly page structure and agreed accessibility checks. Ongoing SEO and a detailed accessibility assessment need defined scopes. A website build does not guarantee rankings, legal compliance or protection from a lawsuit.
