How do one-location and three-location budgets differ?
Consider a fictional setup with $900 of shared work and $300 of branch-specific work per eligible location. One location models $1,200 upfront; three model $1,800. These are illustrative inputs, not AI Growth Systems rates or market averages.
Suppose the shared monthly work costs $300 and each branch adds $150. The model gives $450 per month for one location and $750 for three. With 12 full months of recurring work, the first-year totals are $6,600 and $10,800. A longer term would need its own full-commitment calculation.
This example excludes advertising, a rebuild, photography and unusual profile recovery. A real quote must name exclusions and the billing start date. Give exceptions their own rows, and skip any unexplained location multiplier.
| Item | One location | Three locations |
|---|---|---|
| Shared setup | $900 | $900 |
| Branch setup at $300 each | $300 | $900 |
| Initial total | $1,200 | $1,800 |
| Monthly shared + branch work | $450 | $750 |
| Initial + 12 months | $6,600 | $10,800 |
Which price factors need investigation?
Profile ownership, duplicate records, an address change and inconsistent service details can change the initial workload. On the website, inspect the number of different services, location pages, languages and inquiry destinations. Missing access should be recorded before a delivery date is promised.
A business serving Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton and Pompano Beach from one base should describe its real arrangement. Those service areas don't prove three staffed branches. Google's eligibility rules distinguish storefronts, service-area businesses and other arrangements; check the relevant facts.
English and Spanish add review and support requirements. Budget for accurate wording, matching price units and an inquiry path the team can handle in the visitor's language. Translation alone does not complete that task.
When does another local page earn its place?
A local page should explain the work available to that buyer and show relevant evidence. Useful distinctions might include availability, appointment arrangements, local project details and the team responsible for the inquiry. Use approved facts and dates; do not create an office address to strengthen a page.
Begin with the existing regional or service page when neighboring markets need the same answer. Add a separate page only when it has a distinct purpose and enough evidence. Repeating a city name does not explain why the buyer should contact the business.
For a proposed branch page, ask which facts differ, who approves them and where the request goes. Gather missing information before commissioning another address.
What should a local report measure?
Keep an operating record beside search observations. Show corrected details, published changes, unresolved profile issues and evidence that contact routes work. Identify the branch and date for each item. A screenshot of a local search is one observation under its recorded conditions.
Inquiries require a separate record. Distinguish a telephone-link click from an answered call and a qualified request. A shared phone number or central form may leave branch attribution uncertain; document that before assigning revenue to a page.
Use consistent periods and rules. An illustrative report with 6 suitable inquiries out of 15 received should show both numbers, exclude agreed tests and define suitable. Those example counts are not AI Growth Systems results.
What should you bring to a local scope review?
Bring the actual location list, profile access status, priority services, website addresses and receiving-team details. Note moves, closures, duplicate profiles or unsupported claims. The next task may be a specific correction before a recurring programme is useful.
Compare shared and per-location assumptions in the calculator. Keep its selected competition level labeled as your assumption. Ask a proposal to separate initial work, recurring tasks, outside tools and optional content.
Use the current pricing page for company amounts and terms. If the offer uses a 16-month monthly arrangement, review the full scheduled payments alongside the location scope. The same fee does not automatically cover every profile problem.
Who handles local SEO for your locations
AI Growth Systems runs local SEO for storefronts, mobile crews and multi-branch businesses from an office at 721 SE 1st Way in Deerfield Beach. We check each location's address, hours and profile access with you before quoting, price per real location and list the shared website work once. You'll never pay for a location page with no office or service behind it.
