Which SEO price factors change the workload?

Start with the condition of the site. A blocked template, missing access or a migration can consume the first delivery period before new content is useful. Page types matter alongside the total page count. Repairing one shared template may affect many addresses; verifying the repair still needs a suitable sample.

A service explanation built from approved records has a different scope from a technical article that needs an expert reviewer. Multiple markets and languages create extra fact checking and approval work. Record those responsibilities page by page, and avoid one blanket assumption for every page.

Google's SEO Starter Guide says changes can take time and results are not guaranteed. A proposal can commit to agreed work and reporting. It cannot fix the timing of an independent search system.

What could a first month of work contain?

The following plan is illustrative. It assumes working access and a short list of priority services; it is not an AI Growth Systems package promise. A real month should be planned after inspecting the site and confirming which changes the client can approve.

Record the baseline and test the contact route first. Review the priority URLs, identify a technical task and prepare content changes. Publish only after the reviewer approves the business facts. End the period with completed outputs, blocked tasks and the next decision.

Hours alone do not prove useful work. Ask for the changed addresses, the reason for each change and the acceptance check. A task awaiting your approval should stay pending and never appear in a completed list.

How do project fees compare with monthly terms?

Use a project fee for a bounded task with an accepted end state, such as a defined group of repairs. Recurring work can suit an evolving backlog of content and technical decisions. Neither payment label explains how much is included.

For illustration only, suppose a recurring service has a base monthly amount of $2,000 and a 10% discount. The discounted payment is $1,800. Over 16 months, that models $28,800 in service payments, before any excluded charges. These fictional amounts are not AI Growth Systems prices and do not define your contract.

A one-time project at $4,000 answers a different question. Compare the accepted outputs and the future work required, then review cancellation, renewal, ownership and outside costs. Keep the monthly amount and full obligation visible together.

Where do SEO and AI optimization overlap?

Clear service answers, accessible text and accurate company facts can support several discovery channels. If the proposal includes SEO and AI optimization, ask which tasks are shared and which require separate work. The same page rewrite should have one accountable scope.

Distinct AI work might include a defined question panel, repeated observations and a record of answers and cited URLs. That takes time beyond editing a page. An additional package may be premature when the immediate issue is a blocked page or a missing service explanation.

Describe each output before comparing labels. Reviewing five service pages against named buyer questions gives you something to inspect. A claim of universal AI visibility does not define a measurable job.

How do you judge whether the work supports inquiries?

Keep delivered work, search observations, received inquiries and sales outcomes as separate records. Connect them where evidence permits, and mark gaps. A search click cannot prove that the visitor became a customer. An inquiry can arrive after several visits or an offline recommendation.

An illustrative report might show 20 received inquiries, 8 matching the service, 5 proposals and 2 wins. These are fictional counts. State the period and qualification rule beside the numbers. Exclude tests, duplicates and spam consistently.

At low volume, one project can change a percentage sharply. Read the actual counts and sales objections before changing the content plan. Attribution should help a decision while showing what remains unknown.

What should you prepare before requesting a scope?

Share your website, priority services, target markets, current platform and business problem. Include relevant search or inquiry observations if you have them. Missing access is a planning dependency, not a reason to invent a baseline.

Ask the proposal to separate diagnosis, implementation, content, review, reporting and outside costs. Name the person who approves facts and the team that receives inquiries. Agree what happens when a dependency blocks the month.

Use the comparison guide to record unclear items. If the contact route is failing, address delivery first so future inquiries can be received and reviewed. A successful release should leave a tested path to an appropriate conversation.

Who does the SEO work

Javier Socarras leads SEO at AI Growth Systems in Deerfield Beach, and the person who audits your site is the one who explains the fixes. Our monthly plans list the pages, rewrites and technical tasks for each month, and reports separate Google visibility from the calls and forms you received. Use the pricing page as a starting point, then ask the written proposal to identify software charges, exclusions and how additional work is approved.
